Upon placing a purchase order, you will receive a confirmation email. 

 

Please contact the Aestivaal customer service team immediately if you find any discrepancies with your order.

 

Aestivaal reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (in which case we will refund any monies paid using the original method received).

 

If a product has sold out, please email us at info@aestivaal.com and we will let you know if and when the product will be available.

 

The purchase of products from Aestivaal is limited only to parties who are able to enter into and form contracts in accordance with Australian law.

 

Please also not that due to the nature of web shopping all products are displayed as fair as possible to their exact colour in the images however slight colour distortion may occur in the image presentation  and this should be taken into account when making your purchase. If you have any question during the purchase process about the exact colouring f a product please contact info@aestivaal.com for further clarification prior to completing your purchase.

Aestivaal does not accept returns based on the item not being what you the buyer though it would be. 

 

Purchases are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.

 

Purchase of sale items are non refundable, however a credit may be obtained.
