DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ALL AESTIVAAL PRODUCTS 

 

Aestivaal endeavours to deliver your goods to you in the quickest possible time frame. However, there may be occasional delays due to international or unforeseen circumstances.

 

All deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post Express couriers. All International deliveries are Registered Post to the specified destination. Aestivaal delivers WORLDWIDE.

 

Orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours, subject to stock availability.

 

The purchaser is responsible for all additional taxes and charges at your designated country.

 

For international buyers, chairs can only be purchased by contacting the Aestivaal customer service team on info@aestivaal.com 

 

 

RETURNS

 

If you receive a faulty product, or would like to exchange your purchase for another style, colour, size or credit for future purchases, you must notify the Aestivaal customer service team on +61 (7) 3278 3222 or info@aestivaal.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

All returned items must be sent back within 7day within Australia and 14 days on international sales (outside Australia) from receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all labels intact and not removed for exchange or credit to be granted.  .  

 

Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check the exchange or credit will be granted.

 

For all returns, except where the product is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to pay for the return and re-delivery of the product.

 

To return a product, please:

  • post it to 31 Ellen Street, Oxley, QLD 4075, Australia;
  • clearly indicate your name, address, phone number, instructions and reasons for return;  
  • include a copy of your receipt or invoice; and
  • include payment of $8 (by cheque, money order or credit card details) for re-delivery within Australia or $20 outside of Australia.

 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.  

 

Returns will not be permitted unless the above instructions are complied with. 

 

Please note that Aestivaal will not refund monies paid, and only credit for future purchases can be granted for returned items. Any credit granted must be used within 90 days.

 

 Please not there are no returns on sale items, however a credit may be applied under the discretion of Aestivaal returns department.
